A tailor-made stay for a unique adventure among enthusiasts.

Day 1: Harvesting the cane early in the morning

Around 7:30 AM (don’t worry, in Martinique we go to bed early to make the most of the day from sunrise), equipped with your Bakoua hat and machete, you will set out with Julien, Pascal, and Andy, who will teach you the traditional methods of harvesting sugarcane as well as bundling the canes.
Upon returning, you will participate in pressing the harvested canes to extract the juice.

Day 2: Explore the estate and work in the cellar

Discover the estate and work in the cellar
The following day, at 10:30 AM, we will take you to explore the Habitation du Simon, its garden, and the production path: our rum distillery (fermentation and distillation area), the aging cellar, our organic fields, and our mill.
Explore the behind-the-scenes of the A 1710 distillery and share the work in the cellar with Cédric Paviot.

Day 3: Distill the agricultural rum and bottle the carafes

You will spend the morning at the distillery, witnessing the arrival of the cane juice and participating in the fermentation process.
You will be involved in the distillation of your cuvée alongside our master distillers, Joël and Arsène. You will discover their essential expertise for the proper operation of our two stills, ‘La Belle Aline’ and ‘La Douce Alice.’
Then, guided by our skilled team, you will wax and label the bottles or carafes containing our A 1710 rums. This will also be your chance to personalize your bottle, including choosing the wax color for your cuvée.
