A star is born, and we shall name it Délivrande.

Our eagerly anticipated latest creation is an absolute gem, thanks to six long years spent maturing in its oak cocoon between the sea and the mountains.

This treasure reveals itself through wisps of smoked wood followed by notes of mild tobacco and preserves. The finish is characterised by chocolate and charred beans.

La Délivrande, both elegant and complex, is the fruit of our labour driven by passion and authenticity.

La Délivrande, is a pure cane juice vintage distilled and matured at the Habitation du Simon.

On the nose, its complexity reveals itself through notes of black fruit and macadamia nuts contrasted with hints of mint and leather.

In the mouth, wisps of smoked wood are followed by notes of mild tobacco and fruit preserves. The finish is characterised by chocolate and charred beans.

A bewitching aged rum, both complex and intense, carried by a beautiful lingering finish.
