The Peacock Suite, is equipped with a television, a coffee tray, a king-size four-poster bed, a child cot and is fully air-conditioned.

Located on the ground floor of the main dwelling, the Peacock Suite is a luxurious 40 m2 room with en-suite shower room. Available for the rental in addition to the Guest House.

Today, we offer you the chance to live a unique and unprecedented experience at our A 1710 distillery at Habitation du Simon in François.

Come experience the extraordinary.

Over the course of a week, or even just 4 days, you will stay in the heart of a distillery and create your own batch of white rum, “La Perle.” From cutting and milling the cane to fermenting the vesou, distilling, bottling, and labeling—you’ll live and participate in every step of creating your own white rum. (“La Perle” or another of our batches depending on the schedule).
